Start with a Makita Pistol Grip Sander GV 5000

Place the plastic disc over shaft

Place the foam pad on top

Place the curved washer in the center

Next add the fender washer & long screw (snug the screw, do not tighten yet)

Flip over & center the pad

Tighten the screw

Attach velcro-backed sand paper
