Charlie Engineed a 4000lb.
block of ice |

After careful measuring he made
a template that showed depths |

Templates were made for the front
& both sides |
 Holes
were drilled to the precise depths
indicated on the template |
 Next
the ice was removed from outside
of the template lines with a large chainsaw |

Using the holes as indicators the basic
shape was easily found |

Using large chisels we
refined the forms |

After detailing the sculpture was
strapped down for shipping |
