Take the logo pieces from the freezer

Assemble them using Aluminum fusion method

This footer is 20" x 6" x 4"

Freeze footer on the bottom (upside down)

Our footers are usually-20" x 10" x 4"

Freeze a 20" x 8" x 4" piece of ice on top

(Using an Angle grinder with a 5" Super disc) remove the larger boogers of slush

Next (using a Pistol grip sander & Sand paper) Sand the logo smooth on both sides

Apply the detail (with a Die grinder & Vee bit)

Assemble & hose off the logo (set on gentle shower)

We will deliver this ice sculpture in 2 pieces
