Gather all of your suppliesremove top capLoosely assemble- Screws & washer on top. lock washer & nut on bottomremove bottom capSlide screws into the slotsReplace bottom cap (We leave ours off, it’s up to you)Slide clip assembly into top slots & align holes over bottom screwsTighten the top 2 screws Stop the screw head from turning with your finger or a screwdriver. Tighten firmlyReplace the top capPlace lock washers & nuts on bottom screws
