Take the logo pieces from the freezerAssemble them using Aluminum fusion method This footer is 20″ x 6″ x 4″Freeze footer on the bottom (upside down) Our footers are usually-20″ x 10″ x 4″Freeze a 20″ x 8″ x 4″ piece of ice on top(Using an Angle grinder with a 8 Grit sanding Disc remove the larger boogers of slushNext (using a Pistol grip sander & Sand paper) Sand the logo smooth on both sidesApply the detail (with a Die grinder & Vee bit)Assemble & hose off the logo (set on gentle shower) We will deliver this ice sculpture in 2 pieces Did you notice that this entire sculpture is designed to drip into an 18″ x 24″ drip pan?
