Transfer the design. For this design we use a plastic template and an ice pick 
Cut out the silhouette with a chainsaw. This easier if the block is laying down 
Carve channels using a 1/2″ bit in a die grinder 
widen the top area for easier pouring 
Rinse off the luge 
You will get 2 out of 1 block
