Gather- 1 Threaded nipple, 1 washer, 1 rubber washer, & 2 nuts (& a tube) 
Thread 1 nut onto threaded nipple (about 1/3 of the way) 
Slide a washer over the threaded nipple 
Push the short end of the threaded nipple through the drip pan 
Slide rubber washer over the threaded nipple 
Tighten a second nut on the inside of the pan 
Slide the tube over the threaded nipple
